I was born and raised in Memphis and did my undergraduate degree in Computer Science at the University of Memphis and subsequently obtained my masters in Bioinformatics

I currently live in Los Angeles where I am a PhD student in Computer Science at UCLA.

I am a programmer and my favoriate languages are python and C

Research

I am primarily interested in understanding the relationship between genetic and phenotypic variation. My current research is focused on the development of statistical and computational methods aimed at dissecting these relationships. I am a graduate student in Eleazar Eskin's lab at UCLA. I enjoy running. I have run two marathons and a few halves.
